The Sunday Times Union published a review April 18 of “Collective Health,” the current exhibition at the Collar Works gallery in downtown Troy, that includes work by Thomas Lail, professor of Fine Arts and Arnela Mahmutovic, a 2014 Fine Arts graduate. Reviewer William Jaeger is an adjunct faculty in the Department of Fine Arts, Theatre Arts and Digital Media.
